At some point, we all face tough emotions like depression, fear, or anxiety, which can be hard to cope with. But it’s important to remember that change is possible.

Through counseling, we can work together to help you rediscover the motivation, perspective, and joy you may be missing. I’m here to support you on your healing journey and help you overcome life’s challenges.

I use different approaches to address trauma and emotional pain, including:

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT)

  • Meditation and Relaxation techniques

 

I have a special interest and significant experience supporting those who are recovering from or making changes related to alcohol and drug use, and those impacted by another's use.
